Refund policy

All Sales Are Final:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Customers must report any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof (photos/video) of the damage must be provided for verification.

We do not offer refunds, but we will exchange the product if available.

If the item is out of stock, the customer will receive store credit for the amount paid.

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect orders due to customer error.

Store Credit:

Store credit will be issued in the form of a promo code valid for future purchases.
